Keep focus and motivate ourselves to get the perfect shape. Don't be jealous with Angelina Jolie's shape if we can't stop snacking. That's not a lucky, that's an effort, hard effort.
I am doing group exercise or swimming at Fitness First three times a week. Group exercise consist of members coming together in classes led by experienced, certified instructors outing exercise and music together in a structured and comfortable environment in a 60 minutes time frame.
I often go to Grand Indonesia or Pacific Place club to join my favorite classes as below.
